Asianet Film Award 2012 - Mohanlal and Kavya Madhavan

Asianet and ujala announced its film awards for 2012 in a spectacular show in Dubai festival city. The function include the biggest stars of Indian film industry including the bollywood King Sharukh khan and Megastar Mammootty and Mohanlal. Mohanlal selected as the best actor from the films released in 2011 considering acting from the movies
Snehaveedu and pranayam. Kavya Madhavan won the best actress award for the movie Gaddama and Venisile Vyapari. Sharukh Kahn received the life time achievement award and megastar Mammootty gets the Golden star award..

Best film is Adaminte makan abu and salim ahmed is the best director. Popular actor award received by Jayaram and the popular actress Samvritha Sunil. Sreenivasan and Malayalam actress Swethamenon gets the supporting actor and actress award. Salim kumar gets special jury award. Youth icon award for young actor Asif Ali.. National integration award and photography award received by Malayalam movie Urumi.

Actor prithviraj did not get any award this time also. He was the best actor in fact with the powerful performance in Uremia and Indian Rupee. The biggest hit of the Malayalam film Beautiful also not considered. It is surprise that Salem Kumar did not get the best actor award who won the national award for best actor.
